We, The Good Shepherd Clinic acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands where we work and live. All results are conveyed by our doctors directly to the patient via a consultation. Text messages are sent to notify you of when a result needs to be discussed and you can subsequently make an appointment. If you have not received any communication from us and are expecting results, please call our reception staff for further information. Please be aware reception staff are not able to give out patient results.

Please contact reception to complete a transfer of medical record form.

  • Monday to Fridays we offer bulk billing to all patients who hold a valid medicare card.
  • From 1st of July 2023, Saturdays are changed as outlined below, and payment is required at the time of consultation.
  • The Good Shepherd clinic accepts payment via cash, EFTPOS and most major credit card and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard.

We welcome all new patients. We will require you to complete a New Patient Form prior to your appointment, which can be done through HotDoc or on arrival. We kindly ask you arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time. Please ensure you bring your Medicare Card and if applicable, Pension, Health Care or DVA Card.

Our doctors will endeavour to provide worker’s compensation consults for their current, regular patients only. We do not see new patients for WC claims. Dr Yousaf does not conduct worker’s compensation consultations.

As a practice, we all adhere to non-prescribing for drugs of addiction to any new patient. Prescribing S8 medicat to existing patients is a decision of the individual doctor.

Our practice welcomes patients from all backgrounds. If your primary language is not English the Translating and Interpreter Service (TIS) National can be contacted. Please notify reception prior to your appointment or on arrival if you would like to utilise this service.
