Communication Policy

The Good Shepherd clinic strives to communicate with our patients in a variety of ways to ensure that patient care and safety is maintained. If you require health advice, please make an appointment with your doctor. Consultations can be booked both in person and through telehealth; telephone and video conferencing. Please contact our administrative team for further information. If your matter is urgent, please call our reception and they will endeavour to address your concerns and direct you. However, please be aware calls cannot be transferred to the doctors directly.

We discourage the use of email communication. Email is not encrypted and is therefore not a secure means of communication. We do ask for your consent should you choose to receive information via email. However, we request you refrain from contacting us using electronic communication due to security risks and the time delay in receiving and addressing these emails.

If you are experiencing shortness of breath, chest pain or a medical emergency, please call 000 immediately.
